I hate pretty much all of them and only use them very rarely. I particularly despise :rant: and :lol:. Ghastly. Especially the latter - the nauseating fashion in which it's lip moves is, well, nauseating.

One of the many downsides of being on the Admin / Mod side of the fence is that some people can take your words a little too seriously. ;) Consequently I find that I use more smileys than I would like :roll: so that the message is clear to readers. :thumbsup:


My least favourite? Well, I take a very dim view of people using the :loopy: smiley on a personal level towards other members. :nono:
