Am I the only one with a hyper baby? And I mean hyper...
He is 15 weeks old tomorrow and is constantly moving around. We have to hold him so he is standing up (and kicking :)) or we have to support him as he scuttles along the floor. At this rate he'll be walking before he learns to crawl!! He just doesn't like sitting down or being put down for that matter. Hes started babbling now as well which is sooo cute. So not only is he active hes a complete chatterbox! Luckily by nighttime he is wiped out so he does actually sleep for longer than 10 minutes a go, but still not sleeping through the night (oh well give it time eh? ;))
So...are there any others here with similar experiences?
Let me know I'm not alone in being totally worn out :D

You're not alone. Mine at ten months is the wiggliest baby in the world, wants to be down, wants to be up, wants to be down... and it goes on!!! I'm knackered!

Far form alone. When my OH was pregnant one of the twins was always moving and now 22 months later she's still hyper, however, a good run round the park, a jog alongside the pram, an afternoon at Jellytots or any of the above and she's sorted.
It's all good though, she's very happy and healthy.

Twins! Omg! Couldn't imagine having two of the same age with one hyper! When I was pregnant baby used to stick his foot out and you could actually see the shape of the foot and grab hold of it. While he was walking in midair the other day he accidentally kicked me in the stomach and knocked the wind right out of me - I swear hes probably going to enter worlds strongest man when hes older :D

You'll have to buy one of those door bouncer things and a baby walker and let him get on with it. (I think the OH is selling a door bouncer!) It definitely helps with the energy and entertainment levels.
Lol got him a baby walker but hes just a little too short for it! Awww!
Have you considered one of those entertainment centres things? We had one for the twins - 2nd hand off eBay and it was the bees knees like this http://www.babyuniverse.com/pro.asp?rc=sortprice&id=78968 but ours was a different design.
Doesn't matter if he's too short to stand in it, he can sit and they have a great resale value too;)

my 10 month old was the same, never stoped moving from the second he is awake, has been since he could move, he is now 10 months (2 days ago) and will be walking probably before next week is finished.
never ever stops moving.
A brilliant tip for wriggly and all babies is to keep a basket/box of noisy and shiny things for them to explore (it doesnt have to be toys spoons and a small wooden bowl is in ours) it gives you at least 5 minutes peace to have a cupa or just sit down for a second (which doesnt happen often)
