Was out cycling around the Derwent Valley at lunchtime when this took me by surprise and flew pass, managed to whip my cheap point & shoot camera out, was a awesome sight as it swept around the top of the Derwent Dam. The pic doesnt really do it justice as the plane was much lower than the photo makes it out to be.

Its a C130 "Hercules"
