Hi, I've used many different makes/brands of Scented candle and find most to be a let down.

Which brands do you use?

Why do you prefer them (long lasting, price etc)?

Whats your fave smell?

Thanking you;)

Decent ones not the ones from Wilko. TK Max had a good selection a while back, might be worth a look. Much cheaper than retail as well.

Dam Yankee which can be purchased on the lanes in meadowhall. Every smell under the sun practically. I like the sunwashed linen one. :D plus they start from a tea light up to a great big one.

Jo Malone, Molton Brown and Diptyque are delightful as well but too expensive really for me. £32-£49 for a small candle - present time only!

ooh forgot about Crabtree and Evelyn... they are lovely too.

And the Body shop candles are always fantastically scented.

The test of a good candle? It should burn evenly not just down in a small hole. This shows it is finely milled.

John Lewis do some lovely smelly candels. I especially like the Lily-Flame ones in a tin (www.lily-flame.co.uk) especially the lavender and Lime one, mmmmmm.
