You may have heard of Circles Network, they are a ational voluntary organisation based around the key principles of Inclusion and Person Centred Planning. They provide unique personal support for people who are in danger of becoming socially excluded, or who are currently suffering the consequences of prior segregation and discrimination.

You can find them on the web at www circlesnetwork org uk (fill in the dots)

They have a project called Families Forward in Sheffield, giving personal and group support to disabled parents of disabled children.

What other areas could Circles Network get involved with in the North?
Is there scope to role this project out to other cities in the North?
What would you do if you had their resources?
