Does anyone know what was going on?

Last night approx 11.10pm/11.20pm driving past the Manor after being to the UGC... we noticed a road had been blocked by a Police car with the blues going....

Sorry this is all the details i have... not sure what Rd it was :?

this is a regular thing up here....usually some little **** has nicked a car and pilled it up.
