Hi.
I have found that i can print addresses on envelopes and labels. This is done by selecting envelopes & labels from the tools menu in a word document. Is they a way of putting a lot of addresses into an address book and bringing them up when required. I have seen an address book button but when i press this i get the message THE MAPISVE.INT. file is missing. Can anyone help please.

Do you mean MAPISVE.INF ?

I think the best thing to do is use MS Outlook to store names, addresses, phone numbers etc. You can then easily export those to Word and use the Mail Merge function to create labels and envelopes.
