Help other than basic hospital care?

Recommended Posts

Does anyone know, or have used succesfully any treatment other than the typical NHS route of medicines and physiotherapy? Am particularly looking at help for epilepsy, chronic arm and leg pain, headaches and mobility problems in a child. An adult with similar problems I speak to has just told me of the National Homeopathic Hospital in London which sounds good but is simply too far to travel, plus as its out of the area I doubt I would get any funding and am willing to bet its a tad expensive!

Dont get me wrong, I know my son needs his epilepsy medication and the physiotherapy he recieves is fantastic but I want to help him in any way I can as his current treatment isnt helping him with everything. Many thanks for any help and advice
