Hi

Is there any facility for getting rid of old christmas trees?

I know some councils will collect or have 'drop zones' for them.

Does Sheffield?

Cheers

Yeah, if you bought a tree without roots, leave it in the back garden for a few weeks to dry out, cut it in bits and put in a bin.
If you have one with roots: plant it.

theres a place right at the bottom of wood lane at stannington just above the anvil if your going up from hillsborough on the right hand side taking christmas trees till the 24th jan, just drop them over the fence and they deel with it.
