I'm a bass player who's been playing about 4 years now and was wondering if anyone knows any bands looking for a Bass Player.

Ideally I'd like to play Rock but more alternative stuff like Brand New, Eagles of Death Metal, The Shins, Fountains of Wayne, Weezer etc...

Hey guys, I'm a guitarist/singer/keyboard player into rock and indie, (Libertines, Strokes, Oasis, Blink, Chillis, Arctic Ms, Kings of Leon) but am very open to suggestions as far as songs go eg. brand new. I have wrote a few songs but am looking for a band contribution to carry things forward properly. Have been in a band back home (manchester) for last 2/3 years but have been hampered by university. I'm 19 by the way. A good mate on my course is a good drummer and so I'm looking for a bassist. I live on eccy road. Can anyone help with this??
