I'd like to find out if anyone is using this service without any problems.
It is very tempting but seems a little "too good".
They offer UK calls for no more than a 1p connection charge and no duration charge.
Unfortunately, they want you to sign up to Direct Debit Billing but there is no given UK company registration or UK address. The only contact is Internet/e-mail.

Am I being over-cautious?

I've used it for a few months from home, it works well enough - I think there is a minimum amount of calls before they take any money from you though. I just looked and since October I've amassed only 40p (inc VAT) worth of calls (including some to America arranging a holiday) and they've never taken any payments - probably because their bank fees would outweight what I owe them.

Now that IS too good to be true!

Don't forget you have a direct debit guarantee that the bank will refund you an incorrectly taken money.

You can opt to have a recorded message telling you the call rate at the start of every call
