I am going to the Montreal Jazz and blues festival in July this year. I was in Montreal two years ago but missed out on it by a day, I am going to see a friend of mine there and i'm going to suprise her by turning up on the door (hopefully she wont suprise by being away) :rolleyes:

Has anyone been to the festival? I just want to know what it's like before I go, nearly all the hostels are full and hotels are expensive that time of year so i'm hoping my friend will put me up for a bit too.
