I am wandering if anybody has had any dealings in the past with Homebuyers Ltd in Sheffield?
I have been a tennant with Homebuyers for the last few years and had problems with their professionalism throughout!
If you are thinking about renting from these guys then don't hold your breath if want any kind of communication!
We have had inspections without notice, any problems reported have not been dealt with on many occasions, you never get any return phone calls, they have been plain rude most of the time and i feel as if you spend your time banging your head against a brick wall!!!!!!!
To add insult to injury, when we moved out they have decided to hold our bond because or 'scuffs' on the wall. As many of you who have found yourselves in the same situation, i am furious and am currently trying our hardest to ensure our £700 is returned!
If anybody out there has any advice it would be apprecaited, especially if you have had to deal with Homebuyers dierctly and what the outcome was.
