Well I did my Internet shopping the other day and it was delivered by a lovely young man who was very helpful.
When I was putting my shopping away I unpacked 4 small avocado pears and noticed one of them was in very poor condition. I cut it open and it was nasty inside. I took a photograph of the offending fruit and emailed it to Tesco.
This morning I have received an email apology and my account has been credited with the full price of the pack.
I am one happy Tesco customer. So easy and without having to go out. I love it.
