Well I did my Internet shopping the other day and it was delivered by a lovely young man who was very helpful.

When I was putting my shopping away I unpacked 4 small avocado pears and noticed one of them was in very poor condition. I cut it open and it was nasty inside. I took a photograph of the offending fruit and emailed it to Tesco.

This morning I have received an email apology and my account has been credited with the full price of the pack.

I am one happy Tesco customer. So easy and without having to go out. I love it.

I e mailed a complaint about something (I think it was to do with them giving me bigger packs than asked for when I was ordering loose fruit/ meat etc.) Anyway they sent an apology & a voucher worth £15 off my next shop. I was very impressed.

Indeed it does. The asda drivers are good as well but I really hate their website. I search for something and get a load of adverts for stuff that is unrelated to my search. Very Annoying.

We have ours delivered from tesco and I find them brilliant.

Asda not so good, so many times they've delivered stuff that's past it's sell by date.

I find I spend less shopping on line as I'm not tempted by things.:D

Oh yes me too. I have list of things we get regularly. Then I decide on what else we need. I spend about £50 per week. Whenever I go into the store I spend about £75 - £100.

If I didn't live round the corner from my local Tesco I'd use their online service as well..
