I am a recent graduate and am coming to the end of my current temp contract (March 13th). I am looking for work (Temp) to take me up to june really. I have just completed a successfull 6 months as admin officer in Job Centre office but don't really want another office job if poss. Any ideas??

Just out of interest flash, did u get the job centre job through an agency or did u apply direct? if it was through an agency can u let me know which one please. i temp from time to time and prefer working in local government/civil service but have found it difficult to find out which agencies get most of these contracts.

As for alternatives to office jobs... how about one which combines the office with off site visits (usually need a driving license). The council have a few opportunities like this, such as in housing, but you have to be able to deal with difficult members of the public with no back up!

Ive had two spells here now. Just apply through the clerical register. You can do this through any Job Centre and to be honest if you have a bit of experience the jobs offered arent too bad.
