I suffer from acute anxiety sometimes.

Try contacting the Michael Carlisle Building (local PCT) in Netheredge for help perhaps.

If you have Outlook Express & create a newsgroup account, there's a group that centres on OCD & you can post on.
Also go to www.trappedminds.org & they have a forum on there you can post & find out stuff.
Go see your gp & they will refer you.
Best of luck, i know how hard it is!

You could give these ones a try:

OCD Action (http://www.ocdaction.org.uk/home.htm)

OCD ACtion site has a great board that is very usefull.

Stuck in a doorway (http://www.stuckinadoorway.co.uk/)

Again, this site has a great forum/message board.

THIS ONE (http://www.ocdforum.com/forum/) seems fairly new but may still be usefull to you.

I hope these are of some use to you. I don't suffer from OCD myself but my 7 year old son has mild OCD amongst other difficulties and another relative of mine also suffers.

Feel free to pm if you like.
