I know it's last years news now but I saw this film tonight and it didn't really live up to all the hype it was given. Its the new version with the gorgeous Jessica Biel in it.

It reminded me of a film called 'Wrong Turn' which I thought was alot better.

Have you seen it? what did you think and would you recommend it?.

i think the remake is a exellent one it needed updating as anyone who has seen the original wll agree the 2nd disc as some really good features on it including a 1 hour story of ed gein who was a sort of insperation for the tcm

wrong turn is another good movie others worth watching are cabin fever dead end and jeepers creepers 2:thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

To be honest I found the remake utterly pointless and far too glossy. The sense of tension and isolation that made the original so great was missing.

I haven't seen Cabin Feever but Jeepers Creepers 2 was absolutely awful, even more terrible than the first.

I actually found the remake to be a lot more enjoyable than the original. I know many will disagree but the original lacked tension and was rather tedious. The previous remake was another poor attempt, but this latest version has giiven it the new lease of life it needed to become a really good horror film.
