I have got floor standing speakers next to my 32" CRT Tv and they are sheilded and show no interference on the Tv .. but iam just waiting to recieve my LCD Tv and because it is bigger the floor standing speakers will me closer to the LCD Tv than they were to the CRT Tv ... so my question is does that matter ... do speakers pull on LCD Tvs as they do on CRT ones ...

No. CRT TVs use a magnet, LCD TVs don't - you shouldn't have any problems at all.
