hi i've been going to greens gym for a while now and my ususal gym buddy started a new job, so i'd like someone else to go with, i go during the day quite a bit as this is when my other half is at work, about to go peak membership so can go later after this weekend.
i'm not in any classes yet but want to try some, just need motivation to get off my bum and go, hard when going alone.
hi, ive just joined greens and if you want a really good class, you should try the rowing class on monday nights at 6.30pm. I went for the first time last week and it was just 4 women and the lovely female teacher.
I try to go after work most nights or on the weekends to swim. Swimming has actually done more for me than the gym and you dont feel so lonely!
hey, sorry its taken so long for me to reply, if youd still like a gym buddy i still need to get my ass in gear, and if i went to a class monday night it would stop me going to cheap vodka night and un doing all my hard work at the gym lol, p.m me if youd still like to go
