Northen Martial Arts Academies are proud to anounce that from Friday 24th of August there will be Hatha Yoga Classes on offer at our Edmund Road site.

I will let Yolande Swift explain further:

"I am a newly qualified Hatha Yoga Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga, I have been teaching in and around Dronfield,Chesterfield and Sheffeild for the past two years with various organisations such as Derbyshire Adult Education and Chesterfield college as well as setting up and running my own private classes. I have been practicing yoga for the past 10 years and training with the British wheel for the past 4 years.

My courses are designed with my students needs in mind. Yoga is an holistic practice which will not only increase the strength and flexibility of the body but will enhance your well being from the inside out. Increasing your capacity to breathe and relax fully. "

Yoga is fab, I did a course with Steve Avian and found it so relaxing and fun too.

i've done some yoga too - at the fwbo centre at walkley - really enjoyed it and well worth a go

just to let you know, this class will be every friday at the same time, not a "one off"
