Hi, found this property on molineaux rd in shiregreen, new to the area, so just wondered what shiregreens like? house seemed a bit odd at only 64 thousand for 3 bed and semi-detatched. thanks.

Shiregreen is a bit on the rough side, largely populated by Chavs as well so I hear (no offense intended to any shiregreen residents on here).

They're probably selling the house so cheap because they know nobody in the right mind actually wants to live out there paying full whack.

I live on Molineaux Road all the idiots and trouble makers have moved away now..its handy if you have kids with the school being on the same road.

I went passed this house today i knew the woman who use to live there....for the money being asked its not worth it..unless you wanna live right across from a school...hope this helps :thumbsup:

what do u mean by Chavs?

I am living in shiregreen now, but i used to live in middlesbrough, now i know what charvs are up north but i cant say ive seen em in shiregreen, maybe the ones here are different but called the same thing?

up north they r young girls who go around with their hair scraped back as tight as possible in tracksuits and with asmany massive earings in as the can manage and as much other jewelery (rings, necklaces ect) as possible on.
