Hi, will any of the fixtures and fittings be included? And what's the area like for noise?

Are you a leaseholder?
If so, who owns the freehold and what ground rent and service charges do you have to pay?

Its leasehold (ex council) - 125 year lease (started in 1994). Ground rent i believe is £10 per year, and we pay £50 a year for buildings insurance to the council. No other service charges. (figures/dates near enough spot on with those - ill check though)
The common areas (hallway etc) have recently been double glazed - we paid £50 towards that - billed by the council - that was about 6months ago and all thats been paid in 3 years
Its also BAND A council tax - and water bill is on a meter around £15 per/month

I'm looking too. Is on an estate? When you open the windows do you hear any loud dogs? (being serious here). Has smbody already asked what floor it's on. And is it STILL for sale?

Hi,
Yes its for sale - it "sold" after 4 or maybe 5 weeks on the market - but the buyer cannot complete due to personal reasons (problems with her private sale) so we are having to put back on the market....
Its on the 2nd floor.
Its an ex council property, stradbroke road, which i beleive is classes as Richmond estate. Not a noisy area, though it does look onto the park and bowling green - no noise when the wondows are open.
My advise would be have a drive/look about the area to see what you think for yourself - which is what ive done when ive been looking
Again - any viewings welcome too
Thanks
Sarah
