Hi there

I'm wanting to add some mods to Star trek bridge commander, but have no idea how to do this. They all state to drag the mod to the BC directory. But how do I get there?

Any help would be welcome!

Thanks.

By default most games install into the C:/Program Files/ directory. If you check your C drive you should see the folder for Program Files. Go into that and look for something which should be Bridge Commander (it may be within another folder named after the makers of the game).

Hope that helps

Spot on, found that under C:\Program Files\Activision\Bridge Commander.

But when downloading the mod, do I simply add it here?

Sorry to be a pain.

Not sure how Bridge Commander mods work (never had the game) but most games mods come in a zip folder. Extract the contents into the game folder (in this case Bridge Commander). Check first for any 'read me' files as they may specify a particular sub-folder to use (such as Sound or Graphics)

For example - World Of Warcraft mods generally unzip into the Program Files/World of Warcraft/Interface/Addons folder, but one or 2 times additional files have had to be placed elsewhere.

Again, hope that helps. If anyone who plays Bridge Commander can clarify more, now is the time. :)
