Phanerothyme 21-08-2003, 12:49 ebookers.com can sometimes turn up a bargain or two, but nothing rock bottom. otherwise, try google. Jules Student 21-08-2003, 13:16 These folk - http://www.skyscanner.net/ search all the budget airlines - easyjet, bmi, ryan air etc which you don't tend to get on ebookers etc - I've not used them, but they look pretty good. Zamo 21-08-2003, 14:02 Depends where you want to go. Within Europe you get good deals when you buy online with the budget airlines: http://www.easyjet.com http://www.ryanair.com (most fly from airports down south) http://www.flybmi.com Secret is to be flexible about where and when you go and to fly mid week. johnjo 18-02-2004, 12:37 I'm trying to find a cheap flight to visit my Sister in Vancouver this Christmas, but the prices rocket at that time of the year. My mate today told me that you can fly cheaply by taking a package over with you. For example in my case from the Canadian Embassy here over to Vancouver. Has anyone heard of this or got a link/phone number? spook 18-02-2004, 12:40 I've heard of this being a courier before. Not sure re links but maybe try travel agent or ring the airport? fnkysknky 18-02-2004, 13:28 http://www.courier.org/ - might be worth a look Or if you just want cheap flights check http://www.flightcentre.co.uk/ Jamie 27-04-2004, 09:32 Where is the best place to go (online OR offline) to get a cheap flight out to malaga (spain) !? ... ideally flying from east midlands or manchester. Yodameister 27-04-2004, 09:38 Easyjet definitely do Liverpool to Malaga, I did that last year. Not sure if they do it from E Midlands, but probably do. Fireondaroof 27-04-2004, 09:39 Easy Jet have cheap flights to Spain from East Midlands Jayne 27-04-2004, 09:54 also, try britanniaairways and air2000.com. Although generally charter flights they also do flight only and it can be quite cheap. Easycar (http://www.europcar4easyjet.com/index.jsp?locale=EN) Fireondaroof 27-04-2004, 13:24 Or try Carhire4less.co.uk thats pretty cheap & you can choose where you want to pick it up and drop it off from and what times. Emilychee 21-06-2004, 13:55 Looked on the net but no cheap airlines seem to do flights there. The cheapest one i could find is £200 with Lufthansa. Any ideas??? beckb 21-06-2004, 14:12 Have you tried BMI ? I know they do reasonable deals on flights to Cologne. Sony 11-10-2004, 08:14 Anyone know of genuinely cheap filghts deals on the net?? My mum n dad are coming over for xmas and from what I've seen there's no chance of them paying the prices I've seen.. Looking to depart from Geneva to either Manchester, Leeds, East Midlands, Liverpool from 22 dec to 30 dec. Tried easyjet, that was a rip off.. Many thanks:( some_boy 11-10-2004, 08:22 due to the time of year i guess it will be expensive. I was going to suggest easy jet but if thats i rip off i doubt it will be much cheaper anywhere else. neeeeeeeeeek 11-10-2004, 08:26 Depends where they are flying from, BMIBaby have some good deals but they only fly to certain airports. Agent Orange 11-10-2004, 08:33 Try Jet2 they fly from Leeds/Bradford, but not sure if they fly to Geneva!! Jet2 have now started doing a lot more destinations and fly from Manchester too now. Seems to be the cheapest of the budget airlines. I got a return flight for 2 to Valencia from Manchester for £70 including all taxes! I think the trouble with easyjet is everyone knows about them now so the cheap tickets get snapped up the second they are released. When I have tried booking with them on the day of release the dirt cheap tickers are usually gone within a couple of hours. kitten 24-11-2004, 19:16 jet 2 .com offers cheapo flights Lucy81 24-11-2004, 19:32 iv got a flight to barcelona for £80 return from manchester in feb www.bookflymonarch.com e/midlands down fly near out of season - so iv been told b/ham stanstead or manchester sky.scanners.com also search for you mjlacey21 16-05-2005, 16:09 Someone help me please? Please help? alchresearch 16-05-2005, 16:15 I'm pretty sure it will be JET2.COM. There is Ryanair, BMI Baby and FlyBE but they don't fly to Amsterdam. If it was a web page can you check your cookies or temp internet pages (a bit of a pain I admit). robS35 16-05-2005, 19:59 Just remember the flight maybe £1 but i doubt that will include airport tax, fuel charges ect ect. Still £1 + whatever taxes is still a bargain Andy C 16-05-2005, 20:13 I also think it most likely be Jet2.
