So, did you agree or disagree with the choices? . . who would have been your winners for the 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's & 2000's so far?

70s would have definately been Led Zeppelin rather than Queen.

I hope you'll all agree, Queen's drummer was shocked at the choice!

I do and I don't, but in saying that I ain't Zep's biggest fan so if I had to choose between the 2 it would be Queen

I thought these should have been the winners

50's Johnny Cash
60's Bob Dylan
70's Sex Pistols or David Bowie
80's Joy Division or The Smiths
90's Radiohead

Where were The Who? Chemical Brothers? Kraftwerk? etc etc etc etc etc... And some of the nominations should never have been there full stop.

The Sex Pistols came about in 1976/7. Not really challengers for ruling the 70s really....:P

But had more of a cultural and musical impact than any of the other nominations.

100% with you on this.

The Sex Pistols changed the whole face of popular music and British culture - without their influence, the world of British popular culture would be vastly different

And the Smiths were the ONLY band of the 80s.

Whoever voted for Robbie Williams should hang their head in shame.

There were so many artists missing from the program. I wonder how they will approach next years' show. Will they put the remaining artists from each decade up for vote with an extra candidate?

The whole program was a joke. The format was tired and dull, most of the nominations and guest speakers must have been picked purely to boost ratings, and whos bright idea was it to have Jamie Theakston as the presenter?

And the cd to acompany the show is awful.
