I have been using the pcguard software since it was first on offer through TW. £2 a month on the bill. Never had any problems with it at all, worked great, no viruses etc.

Went on the Virgin Media webby to discover they now offer this for free!

Called them up, kicked off, and got a refund for the last six months and the charge taken off future bills, so if anyone else is using it, make the call get your money back :thumbsup:

i NEVER use the bundled software anyway

i use proper "free" stuff that i know and trust :P

never paid a penny for it since day 1 i suppose it all depends on what package you have
