I've purchased my first flat a few months ago (Completion date March to be precise) but havn't yet recieved the registration papers from my solicitors.
Does it take 4 months for the papers to reach us?

I know when my parents bought a new-build in the city centre, it took 6months to go through.......
But i know that was a long time, so i dont think it is the average time

Give your solicitors a ring and see what they say..:)

I did try to call my solicitors but cudn't get through :-((

unfortunately it is a long boring process, think when my partner and i bought our first house we started in the July and everything was finally completed in oct/nov....!!!
