<p>Burton Street announces a regular new event. - Songwriters Circle
<p>Starting Wednesday 5th September , Burton Street is going to host a weekly " Songwriters Circle'" Open Mic night - aimed at Singer -Songwriters who want a platform to perfom their own songs in like -minded company.
<p>At last a venue in Sheffield that encourages New Music and New Songs.
<p>Luckily for music lovers and musicians Sheffield is very well served with music venues and also with 'open-mic' nights. But sometimes we see people appologising for singing one of their own songs instead of the usual 'covers'.
<p>Well , Burton Street wants to be different. We want to offer a venue that celebrates creativity not just 'tolerates it'.
<p>So, if you are a singer songwriter - come and perform your work at Burton Street.
