Would like to say thank you to the three officers in attendance at the shop this evening. Despite it being boxing day we received a phone call to tell us the shop had been broken into and the police had responded quickly to a neighbours call about the alarm.
The idiots who broke in have broken the glass in the door and kicked their way through the bottom metal panel...only to leave empty handed despite someone in their wisdom leaving some money in the till..
We have always said only an idiot would break into an occult shop...tonight we were proved right.
So I just thought that with all the bad press the local police force get it might be nice for once for people to hear about them doing their jobs...which they did tonight..thanks guys

Yeah Moon, all we seem to read on here is about them stamping down on underage drinking, stopping speeding motorists or random searches in dark allays. Glad to see someone appreciates them.

Perhaps it was some desperately impoverished soul for whom there is no magic in Christmas.....hoping to find a magic wand ?
If magic can really be bought, - then why not try to steal some
Glad the police have got some good press on this forum for a change. All they seem to get is someone moaning about them about something or other as usual on this site.

Crime appears to be crawling down our way more now moon, I had my car stolen from within eyeshot of hammerton road police station 2 weeks ago. The police however were lucky to find the toerags in a routine traffic stop when they found my number plates in the boot of the car.
