Does anyone know what sort of a state Ulley Country Park is in after the floods?

When i passed there 5 minutes ago, it's still closed and looks like a building site

oh dear...

I believe there are bits of it which are accessible -from local roads - but as emperor ming says the main car park is closed. The level of the reservoir is being lowered, though not emptied completely.
