I got 6/10....obviously a soft touch for the local bobbies...:(
I am clearly in need of what the Clash called 'a public service announcement....with guitars!'

7 out of 10 and the ones I got wrong were the 16 y/o niece with fireworks one and the keeping DNA samples.
I'm not worried about those so I'm ok.

5 only - I suppose I'd better get ready for hide the soap :(
Only got 2 out of 10. I suppose it only goes to show what a law-abiding person I am. :D
I got 7.
I got questions 3 and 5 wrong.
I think I got number 5 wrong because I'm quite pessimistic about the authoritarian tendencies of the two main parties.
It would appear that with all these new laws coming into force, that there are many people who know nothing about them. Ignorance is no excuse and all that....:D

You agree to a search and the officers discover a Swiss army knife in your glove compartment. Can they arrest you?
A: Yes
B: No - but they can confiscate the knife
C: No - but they can fine you
The answer was A
If the knife has a locking blade or is longer than three inches, you can be arrested and charged with carrying an offensive weapon, which carries a maximum penalty of six months in jail.
eh?
Swiss Army Knives (generally speaking) have neither locking blades nor blades in excess of 3". So what is the score with this?
How many of the other questions are screwy like this one? Can the test be trusted?
