Just conducting a small survey for my BA Product Design Course

Sports Equipment (i.e. clothing, shoes, ski’s, balls etc)

This questionnaire is about sports equipment and there design for my Final Degree Project. The idea of this questionnaire is to look into sports equipment background and find out the problems with the existing equipment and its design; from those questions I’ll be able use this analysis to create and design better equipment that users needs

5. How were you introduced to your chosen sports (parents, school)?
6. Did your have enough encourage from you local school?
7. Did your have enough access to your local Facilities?
7b. If yes please rate (1 being highest out of 5, previous question)?
8. Was there Sufficient Sports equipment (Yes/No)?
9.Is there anything your may feel that would allow more people have access to sports?
10. Do you have any problems with the existing sports goods on the market today?
