Can anyone help me? My firm is doing a charity function and have persuaded a signmaker to print us some banners at no charge. The only catch is that I have to design it and send the file as pdf, eps or ai now, or yesterday for preference!
My PDF thing isn't working properly on my new computer and whilst I can get our computer gurus to fix it, it won't be quick enough. Can anyone convert a file for me, please?

If you transfer a file to another computer to do the conversion you risk loosing fonts etc.
Google PDFCreator you should be converting that file in no time.
Thanks I will try that. Depends on if my work computer will let me download stuff though.
This should have been so simple! I have downloaded two programmes, neither of which will work, presumably a Vista thing. I still have no pdf file and I have both the signwriter and my boss chewing out my ear!
I want to go home!
Use CutePDF (http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp)
Will let you print to a pdf file, supports Vista too...

I second CutePDF, a great utility.
Use this:
PDF Converter (https://www.pdfonline.com/convert_pdf.asp)
No downloads, its free and it works straight away.
PDFcreator still doesn't work with Vista (afaik) Cutepdf will work and so will mocodile (formerly paperlessprinter - really useful for extracting data to spreadsheets!). Primopdf (afaik) also works in vista and has an API with sample vbs programs.

You need to get hold of 'Foxit PDF Editor'.

Nope- PDFCreator still doesn't work, but cutePDF is totally happy with Vista.
