Sorry if this has been repeated, but can anyone offer any advice.... I have recently puchased a new computer and will be using my old computers hard drive as an external drive. I need to know if the Itunes files on the external H/D can be used on my new computer. I hope to copy and paste the files from my external h/d to new computer.....

Any ideas as I'm thinking the worst..... i.e. it can't happen.

Should work, when you open the files for the first time it'll ask you to renew your iTunes license for those songs. Assuming you haven't done it 5 times already, it shouldn't be a problem.
