I concur. There's so much rebulding going on I think we deserve our own topic in which to discuss it. :)

a new forum would be very useful :) theres more than enough going on with the heart of the city, midland station etc etc

Theres many times more than those two to come aswell alexc, i think a regen forum would be great.
