Finally after a long lay off, sheffield kickboxers have featured in Fighters magazine. Fighters magazine among others have previously been a "closed shop" now they have announced that they are totally non political and willing to cover good events regardless of affiliation.
Fighters magazine have covered the recent AFK kickboxing show on the 1st of June .
The ISKA sanctioned event was very well covered by the editors of fighters magazine and featured at least 10 sheffield based kickboxers , one of them being Adam Lawrence and the others being from the famous AFK stable of fighters based on Wellington Street.
Sunny Singh in particular seemed to impress the reporters with his fast moving "dont get hit" fighting style.
Fighters magazine should be on the shelves of WHSmith now!
If you cant get hold of a copy, then the AFK gym on wellington street should have a few copies handy at £3.50.
And there was me thinking that the representative from Fighters magazine was just "blagging" a VIP ticket :P
