You might be better taking him to a classic car show! They are on nearly every weekend, well within driving distance from Sheffield, ill try find out when/wherethe next one is!

oh I've been to Beaulieu (http://www.beaulieu.co.uk/) a few times when I lived down south (and once for a mini rally) its fabulous.

if you get the opportunity take him there its fabulous (if a little far away)

You could take him to the bus museum though or criche tram museum they're good.

There is a motor show sprawled through the city centre on Sunday - there will be all sorts of cars and specialist vehicles, classics too.

This isn't much use to you Pop T as it's a good distance away, but for anyone traveling in the Warwickshire area Gaydon Heritage Motor Museum is a great place, (next door to the Aston Martin factory too)

There's a motor museum at Batley, only half an hour away up the M1.
