What's happening in Firth Park ? I live in Firth Park near to the Wensley Estate (Hinde House Crescent area) but I am temporarily in Southampton on a work placement and have been for the last 6 months. My property is being rented out but I have heard that lots of things are going on there like demolition projects. Can someone give me an up to date position ? Is my house price likely to go up or down as a result ? When are these plans being actioned ?

Even the school (Fir Vale) all that money spent, a superstar head, and no better - at all.
