I was on a 47 to go to town earlier when the driver went completely the wrong way i had to walk from where the swd is into town.
I wouldn't really have been bothered but i had my 6 day old daughter with me which i wasn't happy about.
I went to the garage to complain about what happened and they just didn't want to know, i lost my other sons trainer on the bus aswell, what a day lol.

Well I for one would boycot travelling on them then
Start to use the StageCoach 88 service instead. The service is far cheaper and a primary reason why mainline has taken there day saver down from £4 to £3 because its hard to justify when stage coach are so cheap in comparison. The 88 is only 90p to travel to town.

You could use this (http://www.firstgroup.com/ukbus/yorkhumber/southyorkshire/contact/index.php), but they do ask you to use their "Careline" on 01709 566 000.
You'll probably get a free day ticket out of them.
