We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our client's South Yorkshire based travel firm. Duties and Responsibilities will include:

•Answer all inbound calls to your telephone and maintain a rapid response rate.
•Assist the Agent Booking Coordinator in dealing with agent calls.
•Communicate with customers and suppliers through e-mail and telephone.
•Ensure that all required software is understood.
•Process booking modifications.
•Processing all other customer requests.
•Establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, supervisors, suppliers and the general public.

You will need to be hard working, organised and professional with an interest and previous experience within the travel industry. You must be well presented and enthusiastic and must have previous administration and customer service administrator.
