View Full Version : Where can I buy Carling Premier in the town centre? Ally_Fraser 30-07-2007, 11:15 Anyone know where you can buy Premier in the city centre? jamesogt 30-07-2007, 13:22 Im pretty sure it is being phased out and replaced with C2 havent seen any promo for ages. In Uppers 30-07-2007, 13:24 No premier is much stronger than C2. You can get it in cans in Tesco, be careful it makes yer legs wobble :hihi: Ally_Fraser 30-07-2007, 14:04 They sell it in Tesco? spot on. What about city centre pubs? Anyone know where they're selling it? And you're right - it's strong stuff. "Liquid knicker remover" I like to call it!! kerryj 30-07-2007, 18:05 Anyone know where you can buy Premier in the city centre? alot of places Meaks 30-07-2007, 18:11 Most 'bars' in town serve an array of equally bland, overpriced, fizzy chemical drinks. WhiteHawk 30-07-2007, 18:28 My local had C2 ages ago but it didn't sell so they got Premier instead. Loopy juice it is. soad 30-07-2007, 18:31 Most 'bars' in town serve an array of equally bland, overpriced, fizzy chemical drinks. It is't bland,it is over priced(in town)and it ain't fizzy it's bloody grate gun's as the old carlin phrase use to be:P Meaks 30-07-2007, 18:41 Of course its bland - the only reason they serve it at about 3°C is so you can't taste it. As for C2, what a waste of f'ing time. mrteabag 30-07-2007, 21:10 "Liquid knicker remover" ha ha love it i'll have to remember that next time i ask for it :D:D:D Ruff 31-07-2007, 15:26 I've not seen it in a pub for many years. The only places I've bought it in cans is from the off licence on West Street and Jacksons down by the Leadmill. Bilge 31-07-2007, 16:57 Wow, yellow keg beer that isn't quite as gassy as all other UK-made lager and is a bit stronger. Big deal. I much prefer Moonshine, Summer Lightning etc myself. it's bloody grate gun's as the old carlin phrase use to be:P "It guz dahn greeaat guns" (in a S Yorks accent) was actually a Stones Bitter advert - a pun on its Cannon logo (Cannon brewery, Sheffield). Handpulled Stones was a lovely creamy cool yellow pint that was refreshing and tasty. The Carling Black Label lager ad was "I bet HE drinks Carling Black Label". astraflash 31-07-2007, 17:09 theres no premier just the championship Meaks 31-07-2007, 21:41 theres no premier just the championship And **** 'beer' Lindos 31-07-2007, 22:16 What you need is a pint of Imperial stout! fairsue84 31-07-2007, 22:31 iv bin looking for ages in town for prem but cant find it Meaks 31-07-2007, 22:32 iv bin looking for ages in town for prem but cant find it Must be all the WKD you've drank.
