This thread is for any martial arts exercises that you particularly like, hate, envy or fear.

I'll start with twenty-to-two:

Twenty punches rapid on pads; ten times
Kneel and mate sprawls on you. Drive forwards (preferably to a wall) and take them down (usually takes about 30 seconds).

Then, eighteen punches ten times

Keep going until two (which you do twenty times)

By about 16 or 14, my head's already fuzzy and the rest becomes a blur. That's 1140 punches and 10 thirty second drives/take downs with no break.

Feels good afterwards though.

You're welcome (hope I'm not giving away any trade secrets here!) - but we need a fair exchange ;) What's your fave drill at the moment?

I'm doing a lot of stamina work using a ring timer( 5 MIN ROUNDS ) In the round we break each miniute down, ie. 1 min skipping, 1 min burpees etc, We do like 5 x 5 min rounds, 10 min warm up, 5 min cool down, gives you about a 1 hour session.

Hi Craig, really enjoyed the conditioning class on Fri night. Surprised myself by being able to walk/train the next morning! Any Friday I'm not training in Donny I'll be there (or if I can sneak past the wife). Cheers again, excellent! Noel
