Amazing isn't it. Fergie moans and moans about Liverpool trying to sign Heinze saying that he may look into an illegal aproach yet at the same time he is setting up a medical for a player that isn't even his
Tevez hasn't signed for Utd. Fergie arranges a medical!
Heinze hasn't signed for Liverpool. Heinze takes Utd to court!
Fergie FFS, stop friggin moaning!!!!!

Tevez did not attend a medical as West Ham did not grant permission for one to go ahead.
However, Ferguson is not stranger to publicly courting and tapping up players.
Remember the home visits to Van Nistelrooy when he still played for PSV? Tapping up Jaap Stam? Spending months spouting off through the media about Owen Hargreaves?

I know Tevez didn't attend. Fergie set it up though assuming the player was his!! That's my point. One rule for Fergie........
Yes i do remember the other examples you have stated. He needs to stop moaning and stop tapping up players!!

He had a trade agreement with the owners of Tevez; that's all that is usually required to arrange a transfer. It's only complicated in this instance by the Premiership's refusal to accept who the owner of Tevez actually is.
Fergie was entirely within his rights to set up the medical; in fact if Man U. filed against the Premiership for interfering in the transfer, they'd be well-nigh certain to win the case.

What about West Ham?? Did he have an agreement with them??
It's still not known who actually owns Tevez outright, so an agreement with his owners meant nothing!!

And what about West Ham's refusal??
It is infact West Ham who are digging their heels in regarding the transfer and what they should be paid, not the Premiership officials!!
Fergie was entirely within his rights to set up the medical;.
No he wasn't!
in fact if Man U. filed against the Premiership for interfering in the transfer, they'd be well-nigh certain to win the case.
No they wouldn't!
It was West Ham who cancelled the medical, not the Premiership!
So in a nutshell!!
West Ham and Tevez's owners/agents are still in a battle to decide who holds his papers and how much money each is entitled from any transfer that occurs! Meanwhile, Fergie puts a bid in for Tevez amongst all the legal jostling and decides to arrange a medical as he is so sure the player is his!
Tevez may end up at Utd. My point is that the double standards he employes sometimes are really really laughable.
The Premiership should just cancell the Heinze and Tevez deals and have done with it, and tell Fergie to stop his bleeding moaning while their at it!!!!
What about West Ham?? Did he have an agreement with them??
Why would he bother setting up an agreement with someone who has no interest in the transfer?
WHU tore up their contract with MSI, remember? They publicly stated having done so. That means the contract is void, so Tevez is in the same position now that he was before WHU ever HAD an interest in him.
It's still not known who actually owns Tevez outright, so an agreement with his owners meant nothing!!
It's *known*; the only problem here is that the Premiership officials have outlawed reality. WHU do not own the player and are holding his registration illegally, and they have the Premiership's consent to do so.

What, WH have no interest in the transfer?? It was WH who cancelled the medical!

If that is the case, will Man U then be fined £5m if they sign him?
I think you will find it's a little more complex than you are making out fella! When Mascherano moved to Liverpool it went through without a hitch! All parties involved are the same in this case.

I don't doubt you have plenty of football knowledge, that is obvious, but in this case i have to believe you are wrong buddy!
WH couldn't just 'hold his registration illegally' and get permision to do so!
It is far more complex than that and we obviously do not hold all the facts. It will however, all come out in the wash!
I stand by my initial statement though. A Ferguson has again in my eyes employed double standards and i for one am getting a little irritated with his constant "we are hard done too" tantrums, while at the same time tapping up every football player he fancies at the time. He is an expert at bringing his transfer targets into the public eye causing upset and unrest (hargreaves and Tevez already this summer) between player and club. That IMO is a form of tapping up players and i stick by that opinion!!
