Can anyone shed a light what they are?

Oh, they now saying you need to be smart to pull a berr, serve tea and clean tables, make capuccino. Man, some people just love to big up a job vacancy lol.

I would think it be people skills but apart from that, the way they "capable" is really taking the mick.
