View Full Version : LloydsTSB internet banking Lestat 16-12-2004, 15:35 Just a quick question, if anybody else here has internet banking with lloyds TSB - can you get into your account online or is it just me? If you've gone there by clicking on a link in an email I'd get on the phone to your Bank NOW!... In fact I'd get on the phone to the bank now anyways... as chances are that reference means something and they'll be able to help you... wendy 16-12-2004, 17:01 I don't have Lloyds TSB now but used to. I am with HSBC now - if you went to the correct site and not through a link are you sure that you put your username and password in correctly and it will do this if you have put that in wrong. Also if you have input it incorrectly 3 times I think it blocks you out! So you will need to ring them anyway! Alex Lestat 16-12-2004, 21:00 Got it sorted in the end, I phoned up after trying another couple of times with the same result. The bloke on the other end told me there was some sort of computer error on my account info but it should be ok soon. I tried again 15 minutes later and it was ok.
