Years ago when I was doing yoga there was a pose called something like 'bird in flight' and I had 'pigeons in flight' going through my head while I did it. Not very mindful, but it was more satisfying than counting!

I saw him at the Crucible last month, was excellent. Did all the stuff from the new EP, plus all the old classics.
