I reversed my car, felt a thud and my heart felt like it stopped.

I had hit my cat, Charlie. There was diarrhoea and blood all over the pavement.

I rushed him to the vets and thankfully he is ok.

He is still in shock and we have to keep a close eye on him but hopefully everything will be fine.

Oh Ollie :o:o

how are you, I know you will have been looking after Charlie (I love that name reminds me of the cat who said never play with strangers :P ) bet you were shook up by it!

Oh Gosh yeah - definitely a worst nightmare :(

I hope you and him are ok (it makes me so grateful of my overly sensitive reverse parking sensors!)

xx

So glad to hear he's ok. *phew!*

Blimmin' cats!" they'll get where "watter" can't, as my pal brenda used to say!

That daft soggy moggy of mine wouldn't come in, out the rain this afternoon, the daft herbert, I've finally managed to persuade him that it really would be nicer, in the house, in the warm, OUT of the rain....

Glad he's ok. I worry about doing this to a number of cats on my street. I've got out and lifted them off the road before!

Glad he's alright, what injuries did he have?

I used to work driving at night and saw a lot of cats, I always said if I ever hit one I'd stop driving for good. I drove over (not with my wheels) one that'd been hit one time and that upset me enough, I had to walk home past him/her as well after work.
