I've not read the book of this one yet, but it was very good :)

not as long as the others i've seen though, this one was only 2 hours, i'm more used to 3... easier for kids to sit through though :)

Surprisingly I really enjoyed it where as my girlfriend (HP mad) didn't think it was that great. She enjoys the books more, people say that it isn't a great conversion from a 800+ page book to movie. Not much happens as it's a kind of set up to the penultimate film but I was still entertained!

Yep, seen it. Seen all of them. Pretty good. I thought that it felt a bit rushed, even at 2 hours long. Really it's getting to a point where these shouldn't be "kid movies" and intentionally short.

Not enough Tonks.

I might be going tomorrow to see it. Was planning to go up to Leeds or somewhere on Train but if weather turns nasty as is threatened, I've got a back up plan of going to see either Potter or Hairspray.

didn't think it was that great it more or less said see you next time its just carrying on the same story wher it would be better if there was a new story line each time

I think it was a good film, but suffered in the stiry line cuts from the book.

I appreciate they couldn't include all the intracies - but I think alot was lost from the Ministry at the end where that was cut - George and Fred leaving is one of the best bits of all the books so far and was cut down - but it was still entertaining and ther OPH who hasn't read the books still mostly followed the story.

its hard to be objective though because I automatically fill in the gaps when watching them so it automatically makes sense to me.

A good effort though, I like the way the characters continue to grow, and the feel of the film, anger, frustration, quite hormonal etc does mirror that in the book.

It wasn't bad to say that the book was just 700-pages of the 'middle' of the story, with no plot within itself as the earlier books had. I surprised at how little certain characters were in the film compared to the book - e.g. Tonks, the whole Percy vs rest of the Weasleys fued, etc. But the acting performances were pretty good - even Daniel Radcliffe!

not a speck on the book, but how could it be, would be 7 hours long otherwise. You have to be a big Harry Potter I think to understand a lot of whats going on, the feelings of Harry and the like.

I have been to see it 3 times up to now ( I know) and I loved it. but I'm a big big fan. Am on edge just waiting for the new book to be delivered tomorrow!!!!!!

but go and see it. is best Harry Potter film yet.
