Tensing my 14 year old moggie had been looking a bit poorley since Monday, not eating and growling at anyone who went near. He had become such a cuddle affectionate cat too!

Today I decided that he wasnt improving and took him to the vets to find out what was wrong. He had a mass in his mouth (his brother had something similar 2 or 3 years ago so I knew it wasnt good) and what seemed to be kidney failure as all the results were off the scale:( He was put to sleep this afternoon! Tensing you will be so missed!

So now we have one - my old lady cat Widgett who is 18 we think. She is not totally well herself and has hyperthyroidism and virtually no teeth...I fear she is not long for this world either:(

:sad: So sorry to hear about Tensing, even when we expect the worst its always still a shock and heartbreaking when it happens, hope you can soon think of him and smile again.

I'm so sorry about your cat but i'd enjoy your time with Widgett while you have it. I know its a horrible thing to happen as it was barely a month ago i lost my baby george and i had no idea what was wrong with him.

They'll both be playing in kitty heaven...:)

Molly, Pippa, Barney, Paddy. Lily, Me and my partner send butterfly kisses to Tensing. Although im sure he will be too busy at rainbow bridge playing with his relatives he hasnt seen for a while! You will see him one day, until then carry your memories, especially the ones that make you smile!
