I have a four year old female cat who is in need of a new home with a responsible and caring person or family..

I've had her since she was 8 weeks old but I am more and more working away from home, away nearly every weekend and no longer have a housemate/lodger as I had for a couple of years.

As a result, I don't feel I can give her the kind of attention she needs and would prefer to see her well looked after by someone else.

She is very healthy (never been to the vet other than to be neutered), although quite nervous and not very good at defending her territory against other cats. Or it could be just that the cats round here are a particularly vicious bunch :)
